Also, when angling from shore during a boat- based closure, no vessel or watercraft may be used to assist in taking or possessing species included in this table.
    When filleting fish on a vessel, each fillet must bear a one-inch square patch of skin.
    Fish with a size limit may not be filleted, steaked or chunked unless specified in Section 27.65(c).
